BUSINESS INFORMATION ANALYST

Responsible for the creation, enhancement and maintenance of databases, software systems and dashboards as well as supporting ad-hoc requests for Finance projects. This work includes obtaining and compiling data from various sources and departments including but not limited to Budget, Treasury, Utilities, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounting, Grants Management, Payroll and Human Resources.

September 2020- Present

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Dashboard implementation and maintenance for city-wide capital project financial metrics.  Analysis and compilation of spend and budget data for City leadership and public. Development of operational and capital budget for City of Denton, as well as all accompanying presentations and financial reports.  Promoted from Financial Analyst to Senior Analyst in January of 2021 based on work performance.

October 2019- September 2020

MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Production of numerous data and metric tracking systems and tools for the City of Denton Capital Projects and Engineering Departments. Prepares operational budget for all Engineering divisions. Facilitates information flow and creation of informative presentation visuals.

September 2018- October 2019

TREASURY ANALYST

Oversight of the City of Denton's $600M investment portfolio, financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and management of payment vendors. Reconciliation of City banking accounts for daily activity and fraud.

Payroll, procurement process, and budget tracking for Parks and Recreation Department. This role included Kronos implementation and training for department of 400+ seasonal and full time staff.
